Just For Fun: Interesting Questions 1

  1. If you could get away with one murder in your lifetime without any legal, social, or emotional repercussions, would you kill someone? No.
  2. What is your first thought when you receive a message on Tumblr, are you excited for the idea of someone from potentially the other side of the world wanting to talk to you or fearful that someone will criticize you? I’m always excited. It’s usually just my friends messaging me something funny.
  3. Have you ever looked down on someone because you thought your religious views were superior? No because I am spiritual but not religious. I am open to the idea that someone lives a completely different life than I do and that their religion brings them some form of comfort. Aren’t we all just looking for some comfort?
  4. Would you rather know everything the universe has to offer but in exchange lose all emotions or remain the way you are now? I would want to remain the way I am now, probably. It sounds scary to lose all emotions but also kind of appealing. Would I even be alive anymore?
  5. If you could live and be healthy without sleeping or eating/drinking, which would you cut out of your life? Hard to pick but I would probably choose eating/drinking because I really love dreaming and sleeping. But it would also be nice to never sleep. You could get a lot done in a lifetime.
  6. If you could take on the exact body and form of anyone else on Earth, who would it be? I couldn’t think of a specific person, but somebody who makes a positive impact on the world and is admired by a lot of people. Somebody who really is living the good life.
  7. Would you rather burn or freeze to death? Freeze.
  8. If it meant it would solve all world hunger, war, disease and bigotry, would you spend the rest of eternity in Hell? No, because sometimes these seemingly terrible events lead to better things. Good things wouldn’t appear to be as good if these things didn’t exist.
  9. Was the first crush in your life something you had or something someone had on you? Something I had.
  10. Could you live without having sex ever (again) in exchange for eternal youth? This is really hard. I think I want to have kids and sex is great, so I would probably say no.
  11. Have you ever watched a full length pornographic movie? No.
  12. The Beatles or The Rolling Stones? The Beatles.
  13. If you could have the ability to manipulate matter or energy, which would you choose? I can’t remember if you can have one without the other, but I guess I would choose energy.
  14. What was the worst nightmare you ever had? I rarely have nightmares (which I’m grateful for), but they’re typically video-game like and there’s some kind of monster after me. Maybe in the worst one I’ve had there was a dimly lit blue house and a tall grudge-like woman after me. It took place in the same bedroom I’m in now, too.
  15. Would you rather spend one year with your one true love just to never see them again or the rest of your life with second best? Second best is probably really close to my one true love. I don’t really think there is one true love, so I’d probably go with rest of my life with second best.
  16. All the sequels/remakes/adaptations/rip-offs in movies nowadays, good or bad? Usually good but some are disappointing.
  17. Would you rather be dirt poor and emotionally fulfilled in life or be rich beyond imagination and emotionally dissatisfied for life? Definitely dirt poor and emotionally fulfilled.
  18. Do you have any (secret) feelings of bigotry to any group of people? Not really, unless they are hypocrites. I hold integrity and humility close to my set of beliefs.
  19. Would you rather be the only person in the world that can read minds or have everyone else in the world be able to read minds except for your own? I’d rather be the only person in the world that can read minds.
  20. If everyone in the world would automatically only know one language, which language would you choose? Language is so powerful and it’s underestimated for it’s impact. I would choose a language that encourages empathy and with the largest variety. Large variety I think helps with creativity and overall intelligence. English has the largest variety but I don’t know that it encourages empathy as much.
  21. If you were old enough and not in a situation where it would be inappropriate, would you sleep with one of your (past) school teachers/professors? No I haven’t seen any of them in that way.
  22. A world without religion, good, bad, neutral? Bad because it gives certain people a purpose and helps them to become more ethical. However, some religions encourage close-mindedness and can have the opposite effect. They can make a person feel trapped and to do more harm than good.
  23. The men’s rights movement, legitimate cause or laughable, and why? Legitimate cause so long as the rights have actually been infringed upon. Both men and women should be respected. It would be laughable if it’s solely done out of competition with women’s movements.
  24. You can eliminate one of your five senses to substantially strengthen the others, which one and would you do it? Strengthen is vaguely defined here but if it means for others to be physically, emotionally or mentally healthier than I would do it. I would choose to lose my sense of taste (food is great but that’s alright).
  25. Do looks mean anything to you? Don’t lie, could you fall in love with someone you thought was ugly?  Looks do matter to me but I believe I could fall in love with someone even if I thought they were ugly if they were very compatible with me on most everything else.
  26. Can you understand the mindset and logic used by the opposite spiritual opinion? An atheist understanding the belief in a higher power and vice versa. Yes.
